Visa extensions for migrants
Breaking news – Visa extensions for migrants extended to 31 July 2020.
The Home Office will extend visas for those migrants in the UK who cannot leave due to Covid-19. The extension will also apply to those migrants who want to switch to another category in the UK, which would normally require an application from overseas. An example of this would be a Tier 5 migrant switching to a Tier 2 General visa or a Tier 2 ICT dependant switching to a Tier 2 General route.
If you’ve been extended to 31 May, then this extension will apply automatically. If not, you must complete the online form and send it to the Coronavirus Immigration Team.
