Our employment team will be running its extremely popular annual seminar telling you everything you need to know to ensure you are up to speed on significant recent developments in employment law and any changes anticipated during 2024. This is an essential seminar for all employers, HR professionals and internal counsel, providing practical advice on how your organisation may need to respond to recent case law and how best to prepare for upcoming changes.

2024 promises to be a busy year for employment law with anticipated changes to the law on sexual harassment, a right to request settled working hours and flexible working changes.  We will also highlight key recent developments from 2023 and consider the plans of both political parties in light of the forthcoming general election.

There will be opportunities to ask questions and network and a light breakfast is provided. We will be using interactive voting during the session and running our popular prize draw quiz. Free parking is available on site at Green Park, Reading. The whole employment team will be present to answer your questions before and after the event and copies of our free employment law pocket guide will be available for all attendees.
