The commitment we make to our clients is set out in our service standard document. The importance we attach to client care is further underlined by our Lexcel accreditation (the Law Society's practice management standard) which we achieved in 2000 and we have held continuously since then.
We regularly run training sessions on client care skills and the clear message to all staff is that good enough is not good enough. We believe that we can only separate ourselves from our competitors by constantly exceeding expectations. Monthly feedback forms sent to a randomly chosen group of clients across all service areas enable us to monitor how we are doing.
