In our second podcast Ian Machray Head of Employment discusses the key changes in Right to Work with our Head of Immigration Imelda Reddington. The changes have been fairly constant during the COVID-19 pandemic with adjusted measures in place for the lockdown periods in line with National Guidance. Additionally, since 1 July, new Right To Work checks are in place for EEA nationals, and employers can ask their employees to share their immigration status using the ‘View and Prove’ digital status or an eVisa.
