The changes have been fairly constant during the COVID-19 pandemic with adjusted measures in place for the lockdown periods in line with National Guidance. Additionally, since 1 July, new Right To Work checks are in place for EEA nationals, and employers can ask their employees to share their immigration status using the ‘View and Prove’ digital status or an eVisa.
