Field Seymour Parkes advises Dulux Decorator Centre Network on acquisition of Whites Trades Paints
Field Seymour Parkes has advised J.P. McDougall & Co Limited trading as Dulux Decorator Centres (DDC) on its acquisition of the trade paints business Whites Trade Paints from H.W. White & Son Limited.
This acquisition enables the development of DDC’s business in South East London. Whites Trade Paints, which is based in South East London, continues to trade in its current trading format post acquisition.
