Marcus Francis, Partner and Head of Real Estate, has just closed the refinancing of a portfolio of 51 properties in West London. The incumbent lender, CoOp, were taken out by Shawbrook Bank. This refinancing is the client’s third significant refinancing with Shawbrook.
