The Corporate team at Field Seymour Parkes have advised Keith Miller on the sale of the entire issued share capital of Keith Miller Insurance Services Limited to Seventeen Group
Keith Miller founded Keith Miller Insurance Services in 1990 which operated as an independent insurance intermediary offering a wide range of insurance products. Focussed on providing his clients with a high quality and personal service, Keith has built up a loyal customer base including a group of hotels.
Founded in 1982, Seventeen Group has developed into a market leader in insurance and risk management. One of Seventeen Group’s subsidiaries, James Hallam, provides brokering services to a variety of clients ranging from individuals through to large international organisations which Keith Miller Insurance Services fits in with perfectly.
Both Seventeen Group and Keith Miller adopt a client service approach and Keith is confident that Seventeen Group will continue to provide his clients with the high service levels which they have become accustomed to.
