Penelope Garden, Partner and Head of Private Equity & Venture Capital Team has advised CPCA Business Growth Finance Limited acting by its manager The FSE Group on its investment in Spotta as part of a £3.4 million funding round.
Cambridge-based Spotta is a multi-award-winning technology company that has developed proprietary artificial intelligence and ultra-low-power Internet of Things (IoT) technology to address insect pest management challenges across a range of industries. The company’s technology combines AI and IoT-enabled monitoring devices to provide real-time pest detection and actionable insights for customers.
The funding will support the continued development and commercial expansion of Spotta’s platform across more than 20 countries.
