The team at Field Seymour Parkes was led by corporate partner Philip Stephenson with assistance from Jeremy Parkes (partner, corporate), Harriet Chang (solicitor, corporate), Philippa Roles (partner, tax) and Richard Higgs (partner, property).
Mark Jamson, Managing Director of Cynergy3, said “Philip, Jeremy and the rest of the FSP team have delivered a great result for us. Their service was highly responsive and seamless during a busy spring / summer period and they provided wise counsel throughout, particularly in dealing with the untimely passing of one of Cynergy3’s founders just before the sale process started. We would not hesitate to recommend Philip and FSP if asked.”
Philip commented “It has been a pleasure supporting Mark and the rest of the Cynergy3 team on their impressive journey over the last decade. Sensata is ideally positioned to leverage Cynergy3’s strong reputation and rich product pipeline to capitalise on exciting growth opportunities in support of the Industrial end-markets. We wish everyone well in that endeavour.”
