FSP advises Cynergy3 Limited on sale of the group to Sensata Technologies
The corporate team at Field Seymour Parkes, led by corporate partner Philip Stephenson, have advised the shareholders of Cynergy3 Limited on the sale of the group to Sensata Technologies, a global industrial technology company and a leading provider of sensor-rich solutions that create insights for customers, publicly traded on the New York Stock Exchange.
Cynergy3 are a leading manufacturer of industrial sensors and reed relays serving the fluid management, military communication, medical and solutions segments. The business is headquartered in Wimborne, Dorset but with other operations in the south of England as well as India and the United States.
The team at Field Seymour Parkes was led by corporate partner Philip Stephenson with assistance from Jeremy Parkes (partner, corporate) and Richard Higgs (partner, property).
