FSP advises landowners on sale of 52 acres of land in Bramley, Hampshire to Redrow Homes

Field Seymour Parkes has successfully assisted landowners in the sale of around 52 acres of land in Bramley, Hampshire to Redrow Homes Limited following the grant of outline planning consent secured by Wates Developments Limited for up to 140 homes in early January 2024.

Redrow Homes have already submitted their reserved matters application and for all involved, this was a very successful start to 2024.
