The Corporate team at FSP led by Corporate Partner Philip Stephenson have advised M.S. Macbeth Limited (“Macbeth”) on the acquisition of Surrey-based insurance broker, Insurance Services (Surrey) Limited (“ISS”). This is Macbeth’s third acquisition.
The acquisition further consolidates Macbeth’s status as a leading regional broker, taking the Group’s gross written premium income from £41m to £45m. This acquisition will also see Macbeth’s team grow to 73 members, including the former owners of ISS, Peter Sambrook, John Goodson and Rob Tipping and the wider ISS team.
