The investment will enable Nationwide Hire to accelerate its growth trajectory by helping to develop a best-in-class online customer acquisition engine and funding the development of a new technology platform.
The team at Field Seymour Parkes was led by corporate partner Penelope Garden with assistance from banking senior associate Alex Illingworth.
Jonathan Holley, chief executive at Nationwide Hire, said “Many thanks to Penelope and her team for their practical advice and no-nonsense support throughout the process. We would not hesitate to recommend FSP if asked.”
