The Corporate team were delighted to have advised on the sale of the commercial property estate agency business of BDG Sparkes Porter LLP (“BDG Sparkes Porter”) to the property consultancy firm Sanderson Weatherall LLP (“Sanderson Weatherall”).
Established 30 years ago, BDG Sparkes Porter are a commercial property agency known for its expertise in the West End office and investment markets, making them a valuable acquisition for Sanderson Weatherall as it continues to strengthen its existing city office presence in London.
