FSP advises Potterspury Lodge School on sale

Field Seymour Parkes LLP has advised Potterspury Lodge School on the sale of the special educational needs school in Towcester to the Cambian Group. 

Potterspury Lodge School was founded as a charity in 1956 and exists solely to meet the needs of children with autism, emotional and behavioural difficulties and associated learning difficulties based on the principles of Rudolf Steiner.  The school is an independent school and registered with the Department of Education as a school for pupils with autism and emotional and behavioural difficulties.

The Cambian Group are one of the largest providers of specialist behavioural health services for children and adults in the United Kingdom and its acquisition of Potterspury Lodge School in Northamptonshire will transform the school into a school dedicated in supporting students with Asperger’s syndrome and associated complex needs.  The school will comprise of 30 residential and 40 day placements and the students will be supported by specialist teachers and a therapy team.
