FSP advises SWIF on investment into Grace & Green

Penelope Garden (Partner and Head of Private Equity & Venture Capital team) and Lauren Lashley (Solicitor) have advised the British Business Bank’s South West Investment Fund via appointed Fund Manager, The FSE Group. On its £500,000 equity investment into Grace & Green (GG) as part of an £1.3 million funding round.

GG are a world-leading B Corp, who creates ethical and sustainable tampons, pads, and liners who strive for access, inclusivity, and education. The registered B Corporation provides products to customers via its website and retailers, including 150 Boots stores across the UK.

The funding from the South West Investment Fund will be used to support the growth of the business. This includes the development of a new sustainable product range, international expansion and a move into the incontinence market.

GG  founder and CEO Frances Lucraft said: “This investment marks a hugely important milestone for Grace & Green. FSE’s belief in us, commitment to supporting our journey, and patience throughout the fundraising process has been invaluable.”
