FSP has acted for Synergix Logistics Solutions Limited on a pre-let deal involving 47,000 square feet of space at Abrdn’s Suttons Business Park in Reading.
Synergix, a highly successful logistics business, has relocated its operation from West London to Suttons Business Park where other occupiers include Brake Bros, Volution and SAS International.
The legal work was led by Marcus Francis, Partner and Head of Real Estate with input from Cathrine Ripley on construction. Herbert Smith Freehills acted for Abrdn.
