Purchase for conversion to student accommodation
Field Seymour Parkes has advised its client, the Bathford Partners on the purchase of Cramer House, Lower Bristol Road, Bath (comprising 21,161 sq ft), a very attractive office building near the centre of town for circa £4 million.
The law firm helped negotiate the deal and the acquisition of this prominent building earmarked for conversion to student accommodation.
The firm’s deal team was led by Nick Dalgleish, Legal Director in the Real Estate team.
