FSP assist Whistl with leasing of 455,000 sq ft of warehousing space
FSP’s real estate team have recently assisted leading delivery management company Whistl in taking leases of 300,000 sq ft at Express Business Park in Rushden and 155,000 sq ft at G Park in Northampton.
Growing demand for Whistl’s fulfilment services have driven their real estate requirements and the G Park site is their fifth fulfilment centre, located in the logistics and distribution “Golden Triangle”. The G Park scheme has been developed by GLP (formerly Gazeley).
