FSP Cycle Challenge Fundraiser for The Royal Berks Charity
At FSP we believe that our Corporate Social Responsibility programme should be a significant and central part of life at the firm. We are incredibly proud to be a long-standing Reading firm and strive to place ourselves at the heart of the community. We therefore try to ensure we are doing all we can to support local charities, by participating in local charitable initiatives, supporting our clients and contacts in their various charitable initiatives, and by encouraging our staff to take an active role in supporting charities within their locality.
We are delighted to announce that on Wednesday 25 September we will be holding a firm wide charity day, The FSP Cycle Challenge.
Inspired by the Olympics and Paralympics, this challenge will see members of FSP staff spending the day attempting to cycle the distance from our offices in Reading all the way to the Eiffel Tower in Paris, by 5pm (albeit without actually leaving the office!). The aim will be to have four members of staff on static bikes at any one time, with as many people as possible contributing to the effort through the day.
Through this, we are aiming to raise funds for an incredible local organisation, the Royal Berks Charity. The charity supports staff and patients at the Royal Berks Hospital, and other facilities in the Foundation Trust. Donations are used across a wide variety of projects to provide state-of-the-art equipment, improved facilities for patients/ visitors, and also to support staff wellbeing.
