Real Estate team acts on behalf of Technip Energies / Genesis Oil & Gas in relation to the acquisition of their new London HQ on the 4th and 5th Floors of the newly built Edenica building at 100 Fetter Lane from landlord Yardnine.
Partner, Richard Higgs, who led the acquisition, was assisted by Legal Director, Anna Zatouroff and construction advice on the extensive fit-out was given by Cathrine Ripley. Technip were advised on the acquisition by agents JLL.
