The employment team launch their #Knowvember webinar series.
Throughout November our employment team will be running three live free webinars aimed at HR professionals (both in-house or those who are part of a HR consultancy), in-house counsel, company directors and anybody with HR responsibilities within their organisation.
The second session will focus on larger scale (20 plus) redundancies and focus on collective consultation with employees, including common challenges with appointing and working with employee representatives as well as how to deal with the unique problems caused by the current pandemic.
Finally, the last webinar of our #Knowvember series will provide practical advice and tips on how to retain staff, even when faced with limited finances and the disconnection that can follow from remote working.
