Charlotte trained at Stevens & Bolton LLP in Guildford and joined the Commercial and Technology/IP team upon qualification in August 2018. Charlotte specialises in a broad range of commercial, technology and IP related matters including commercial contracts, trademarks, data protection and regularly assists with the commercial aspects of corporate mergers and acquisitions.
