Charlotte trained at a firm in Guildford and joined the Commercial, IP and Technology team upon qualification in August 2018. Charlotte specialises in a broad range of commercial, technology and IP related matters including commercial contracts, trademarks, data protection and assists with the commercial aspects of corporate mergers and acquisitions. She has drafted, advised and assisted in negotiations on a variety of commercial and technology contracts (both B2B and B2C) including supply and distribution agreements, software agreements, supply of goods and services agreements, privacy and data protection policies and website terms and conditions.
Charlotte also advises on various aspects of construction matters including acting for lenders, landlords, tenants and consultants in relation to Building Contracts, Appointments and Collateral Warranties and associated documentation.
During her time at FSP to date she has worked on a broad range of commercial and construction matters with a variety of clients including those in the automotive, technology and healthcare sectors.
