Dan Barnhouse

Dan is a Legal Director in the Banking and Finance team. Dan advises clearing banks, private investors and corporates on financing arrangements for acquisitions and other event-driven transactions as well as general financing needs. Dan is recognised for his calm, methodical approach, managing the needs of stakeholders on transactions with a professional manner whilst remaining focused on delivering for the needs of his clients. He has worked in the Thames Valley since 2011, having trained with an international law firm.
