Dan Barnhouse (Banking & Finance) and Lauren Walker (Real Estate), assisted by Serena Winckle and Amelia Johnson (Real Estate) and Richard Adams (Banking & Finance), supported Santander with the financing of fifteen commercial and residential investment properties in England and Scotland, with Ennova Law advising on Scots law matters. The portfolio includes a mix of retail parks, convenience stores and residential apartments and flats. The transaction involved Santander refinancing existing facilities and replacing the incumbent lender, Barclays Bank.
