About Lauren Lashley
Lauren is a solicitor in the Corporate Team having joined FSP in November 2023.
Lauren has experience of acting for a variety of clients ranging from large corporates to start-up businesses as well as individual sellers and management teams, and advises on a variety of corporate matters, including mergers, acquisitions, disposals, reorganisations and general corporate governance matters. Lauren is part of FSP’s Private Equity & Venture Capital team and particularly enjoys working with investors and companies seeking investment to guide them through the investment process.
Lauren studied LLB Law at the University of Reading and went on to achieve a Distinction in her LPC MSc at the University of Law and prior to joining FSP, Lauren completed her legal training at a leading national law firm and qualified as a solicitor in March 2023.
