About Ross Brymer
Ross works in the Corporate and Restructuring and Insolvency teams at FSP and has been praised by his clients for being professional, responsive and empathetic.
Ross advises on all aspects of a corporate transaction, from drafting and reviewing the key transaction documents to negotiating key legal issues. As well as his transactional work, Ross often assists companies with corporate governance matters including preparing shareholders’ agreements and articles of association.
As for restructuring and insolvency, Ross is known for advising directors, lenders and shareholders of distressed companies and has built up a strong network of insolvency professionals including practitioners and accountants in the Thames Valley. Ross is often instructed on the sale of businesses in administration/liquidation as well as other issues arising out of the insolvency of a company, commonly achieving a favourable result for the company’s stakeholders.
