The Corporate team has advised Procure Health Limited, trading as Medical Supermarket, on its acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Data (Southern) Enterprises Limited, trading as DS Medical.
The acquisition marks an important milestone for two businesses that share a common goal of making healthcare purchasing simpler and more accessible.
Medical Supermarket is one of the UK’s specialist online healthcare suppliers, partnering with leading manufacturers to provide customers with high-quality products they can trust. DS Medical is a trusted distributor of first aid supplies and emergency medical equipment, serving healthcare professionals across the UK.
This is the first acquisition completed by Medical Supermarket since its launch in 2011. The transaction will provide both Medical Supermarket and DS Medical greater buying power and access to a broader range of products enabling them to enhance the service they offer to customers while continuing to deliver the personal approach their customers value.
