Michael Higgin and Gaye King in the Real Estate team have acted for well-known high-end watch manufacturer, Seiko U.K. Limited in the sale of their former offices and warehouse premises at SC House, Vanwall Business Park, Maidenhead to a Slough-based engineering company for use as their headquarters building, which completed in October 2024. The building was partially let, and so was sold subject to a number of existing leases. Lambert Smith Hampton advised Seiko U.K. Limited on the commercial terms of the transaction. Michael and Gaye had previously advised Seiko on their lease of new offices on Concorde Park in Maidenhead which completed in August 2023.
