FSP advises Dulux Decorator Centres on acquisitions of Fenwick Trade Paints and Dove’s Decorating Supplies
The FSP team led by partner Penelope Garden has advised J.P. McDougall & Co Limited, trading as Dulux Decorator Centres (DDC), on its acquisition of the business of Fenwick (Surrey) Limited and Dove’s Decorating Supplies Limited.
Fenwick, which trades as Trade Paints, operates three stores in Epsom, East Molesey and Sutton. DDC, building upon their series of successful acquisitions, has again enlisted the services of FSP to continue to boost its national presence.
This acquisition was quickly followed by another, the acquisition of Surrey based Dove’s Decorating Supplies. With four stores in Caterham, Dorking, Redhill and Reigate the purchase takes the total number of Dulux Decorator Centres in the UK to 216.
These acquisitions will allow DDC to improve their capacity and service capability to ensure they can continue to provide top quality products and services to their customers as well as furthering their green initiatives by offering can recycling and sustainable products.
