Penelope Garden (Head of the Private Equity & Venture Capital team) and Lauren Lashley (Solicitor in the Private Equity & Venture Capital team) have advised the Coast to Capital Growth Fund, via its appointed manager, The FSE Group, on a £350,000 investment into CybaVerse as part of a wider £1.1 million funding round including investment from Haatch, Founder & Lightning, FSE angel investors and the University of Sussex Business Angels group.
The investment will allow the company to advance and expand its capabilities and to continue delivering top-tier cyber security solutions, funding team expansion and accelerating development of its platform, with the company recently appointing three senior leaders to spearhead this exciting next chapter.
