Our client acquired hotels/hostels in use for providing short term accommodation in the London area
Richard Higgs and Joanna Stepien from the Real Estate team, supported by Dan Barnhouse and Charlotte Hudders from the Banking and Finance team have completed the purchase and financing of the properties in Croydon. Finance for the transaction was provided by Cambridge & Counties Bank with an extensive security package comprising the properties being acquired, another property in our client’s portfolio as well as debentures from group companies and guarantees.
