About Rachael Maunder
Rachael has significant experience in advising corporate clients and investors on both acquisitions and disposals with values ranging from £50,000 to £70,000,000. Whilst working on corporate transactions Rachael frequently coordinates multiple professionals, both internally and externally, to ensure that all advisors provide a cohesive approach within target deadlines.
Rachael also advises clients on general corporate governance and corporate structuring for companies, LLPs and individuals and is part of FSP’s private equity and venture capital team advising companies and investors on the terms on which investments are made and received.
Rachael has been commended by clients for her ability to identify their needs, tailor her advice to meet client objectives and remaining focused on these objectives throughout to ensure any advice is tailored appropriately.
Before joining FSP Rachael lived and studied in Madrid which means she is proficient in Spanish.
