The Corporate team at Field Seymour Parkes have advised the shareholders of Clickchart Limited which trades as CCS Insight (CCS) on the sale of the entire issued share capital of CCS to FDM, who are backed by private equity firm Inflexion.

From artificial intelligence to virtual reality and from 5G devices to workplace transformation, they help businesses navigate fast-changing tech markets by delivering strategic intelligence that drives better decisions. For over 30 years, CCS has provided trusted research and advisory services, with deep global expertise in connected technology, devices, and consumer trends.
FDM, which has just celebrated its 10-year anniversary, provides industry-leading point-of-sale data sets with over 50 data exchanges, and global pricing data capturing millions of data points each week. Its insights help clients optimize product portfolios, pricing strategies and sales performance.
The acquisition combines FDM’s extensive pricing and point-of-sale data with CCS’s internationally respected brand, expert team, and unique research coverage of second-hand device sales in more than 40 markets. Together, the businesses will offer an unmatched suite of insights into telecom market share and connected devices.
The move is backed by private equity firm Inflexion, who specialise in supporting high-growth, entrepreneurial businesses and provides founders with support to accelerate their progress and strengthen their market position.
