Field Seymour Parkes advises Dulux Decorator Centres on acquisition of Cambrian Decorators Supplies
The FSP corporate team led by partner Penelope Garden has advised J.P. McDougall & Co Limited trading as Dulux Decorator Centres (DDC) on its acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Cambrian S.W. Limited.
Cambrian, which trades as The Colour Centre, operates eight stores in Newport, Swansea, Cardiff, Bristol, Bracknell, Swindon, Gloucester and Birmingham. The acquisition allows DDC to bolster its presence in South Wales, the West Country and the Midlands. Following the acquisition, the business continues to trade in its existing format.
This acquisition follows on from FSP’s advice earlier this year to DDC on its acquisition of the business of Whites Trade Paints.
