Caroline trained and qualified at the firm as a solicitor in our corporate team before being made an Associate in October 2017.
Caroline advises on UK tax matters including corporate restructuring and tax effective employee remuneration arrangements such as share option plans and is a member of the Association of Taxation Technicians. Alongside this Caroline advises clients on shareholder agreements, LLP agreements and articles of association and assists the corporate and property teams with tax advice and support.
Caroline heads up of our charity and not-for-profit group and is the firm's first port of call for organisations wishing to either register as a charity; update its governing document or merge with another charity.
“Field Seymour Parkes, and in particular Caroline Airey, were extremely thorough, highly professional and a real pleasure to work with.”
Mr E Charbine, Sunningdale
"Caroline Airey was professional, personable and thorough in advising with the options for the future of our charitable trust and eventual winding up thereof. We had previously found it difficult to find a suitably experienced lawyer in charity law. Highly recommended."
Kate Spence, The Mary Wall Trust
