Partner Promotions
Lauren Walker – Partner, Real Estate
Lauren joined FSP in 2011 and returned as a trainee in 2014, qualifying in 2016. She has become an exceptional real estate lawyer, known for her commercial approach and strong contribution to business development. Lauren is also a committed mentor, supporting the development and progression of junior lawyers.
Nick Dalgleish – Partner, Real Estate
Nick joined FSP in 2025 having trained and qualified at Shoosmiths. With extensive experience in commercial real estate Nick also continues to support the growth of the team through mentoring and networking.
Lindsay Davies – Partner, Family & Matrimonial
Lindsay joined FSP as a trainee in 2010, qualifying into our Family & Matrimonial team in 2012. She is widely regarded as a leader in financial remedy work, particularly in cases involving complex assets. Lindsay is a member of the IFoA Pensions on Divorce Working Party and is a trained collaborative lawyer, helping clients resolve issues constructively and with minimal conflict.
Legal Director Promotions
Pippa Garrod – Legal Director, Real Estate (Property Litigation)
Pippa joined FSP in 2022 and quickly established herself as a specialist in complex real estate matters including enfranchisement and lease extensions. She continues to strengthen the team’s expertise and market reputation.
Madeleine Young – Legal Director, Family & Matrimonial
With over 20 years’ experience in family law, Madeleine joined FSP in 2022 as a Senior Associate. She advises on all aspects of family law and is both a Collaborative Lawyer and Resolution-trained mediator, supporting clients in resolving disputes in the most constructive way possible.
Associate Promotions
Serena Winckle – Associate, Real Estate
Serena joined FSP two years ago and is a consistently high performer within the Real Estate team. She plays an active role in business development and has developed strong professional relationships across Reading’s business community.
Lauren Buckmaster – Associate, Corporate
Since joining the Corporate team in 2025, Lauren has become a highly valued team member. She brings strong technical ability and confidence to both complex and fast-moving transactions.
Solicitor Appointments
Patrick Turek – Solicitor, Real Estate
Patrick joined FSP as a paralegal in 2023, later securing a training contract. Having now qualified with distinction, he joins the Real Estate team as a solicitor.
Cat Magenes – Solicitor, Real Estate (Agriculture & Rural Land)
Cat joined FSP as a paralegal in 2023, completed both SQE1 and SQE2 during her time with the firm, and now begins her career as a solicitor within the Agriculture & Rural Land team.
Senior Paralegal Promotion
Emma Marks – Senior Paralegal, Residential Property
Emma first joined FSP in 2001 before returning in 2025. Over the last year she has taken on increased responsibility, including managing her own caseload. She is also studying for the Council for Licensed Conveyancers qualification, demonstrating her commitment to further professional development.
